The storage of New Solder Paste 
Should be put into refrigerator preservation after purchase, Adopt the concept of first in first out.
The storage of Solder Paste after opening   
After use of solder paste required to clean pollution-free empty bottles,Be sealed and kept in cold storage, not mixed with new solder paste, solder paste retention time is 3 days after opening , more than retention time please do scrap processing, to ensure the quality of production.
Attention    Accidentally touch hands and feet, rinse immediately with soap, water, do not use hand rub, a small amount of residue available alcohol scrub
 
The usage of solder paste
Chambrieren  After the Solder paste is removed from the refrigerator, not immediately opened, in order to prevent fogging, must be placed at room temperature (2 to 4 hours) to Solder paste warmed to 25 ℃ before opening and use, if equipped with power front Paste mixer (LT -180A) may not need to warm, stirring 3-5 minutes (not too long)
Stir    Before put the Solder paste into printing presses, to be sufficiently stirred to make the flux and solder powder can be uniformly mixed, machine mixing time of about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the manner and on the speed of stirring   
Inputs  The inputs to solder paste is not attached to the extent of the scraper accessories

二.The storage of Solder paste
 1.Validity of solder paste  Sealed and stored at 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ the validity is six months.(Note: the new solder paste paste status labels before put in the refrigerator, dated and fill in the table solder paste in and out coatings log)
2.After opening   Placed time shall not be more than 24 hours
3.Production ended or for any reason to stop printing  Placed time of the remaining solder paste on stencil board shall not be more than one hour
4.Stop printing no longer in use  The remaining paste should be alone with a clean bottle, sealed, refrigerated, the remainder can even paste continued use once, then the remaining time will be used for scrap.
三．The usage of Solder paste
1.Chambrieren   The original paste bottles removed from the refrigerator, placed time at room temperature 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ no less than four hours to fully warmed the room for the degree, and on the bottle label paper paste thawing time stated, Meanwhile fill paste access control list.
2.Stir: Manual: Stirring for 5 to 10 minutes with a flat shovel in the same direction, the solder alloy powder and stir prevail
LF-180A Automatic Mixer: If the mixer speed of 1200 rev / min, it would take 2 to 3 minutes stirring to mix well prevail
3.Use of the environment   
 Temperature and humidity range:  20℃~25℃         45%~75%
4.Use of inputs  
 LT-3088 Semi-automatic printer: Printing stencil solder paste into the cylindrical roll diameter of 1 ~ 1.5cm
5.Use principles: (1)Use solder paste to give priority to the use of recycled and can only be used once, and then do the remaining scrap.
(2)First in first out(Must be mixed with the new Paste, Paste old when first using the remaining paste the mixing ratio of at least 1: 1 (accounting for a larger proportion of new solder paste as well, and for the same model with the batch)
